A Revitalized Urban StructureCurrently In ProgressKauai, HIWorking within stringent building codes, the old layers of this existing 2-story structure were carefully peeled away to update the building form as it stands today. A full overhaul with new electrical, a/c, lighting, door and window systems was achieved together with new exterior paint and parking surfaces.
